Originally Hebrew Bible was not one book but it was
composed of separate scrolls. TaNaKh or the Old
Testament consisted of 22 scrolls, which is the number
of Hebrew alphabet. These scrolls were divided into

 three groups:

Torah 5,
Prophets 13 and
Scriptures 4.

(Josephus, 37-103, Meliton, died 190, Origen,
185-254, Hieronymus 342-420 ja Sabbas, died 532).

Yeshua accepted this order. We can see that in the Gospel of  Luke: “… beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, he expounded unto them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself” (Luke 24:27) and also when reading his own words: “… that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the Prophets, and in the Psalms, concerning me” (Luke 24:44). Psalms belong in the third part, Scriptures.

New Testament has 27 books, which is the amount of Hebrew letters nowadays (22 + 5 final or sofit forms).

In the Bible there are 66 books in all. Numeric value of the  words מיהוה from YHVH, האדון the Lord and בן דוד David’s son is 66 and it is a sum (1 – 11). Number 11 consists of numbers 1-1 אחד אחד one, one, the numeric value of which is 26, which is the numeric value God’s name יהוה YHVH. Number six (6) is a number of man in the Bible. Numeric value of 6 ששה six is 605 as is of the word אדם (Adam) a man (”big numbers”).

According to Gematria we can judge that God let the Bible to be written by men (11 x 6 = 66, amount of books in the Bible). Numeric value of 1-1 אחת אחת one, one and חרב פיפיות החדה sharp twoedged sword is 818 (Heb 4:12). Numeric value of numbers 1-1 אחד אחד one, one  (letter “filling”) and רוח הקדש the Holy Spirit (letter “filling”) is 1 926 when the value of each letter equals the value of its name.

The book of  Isaiah is like the whole Bible in a small scale. It has 66 chapters. Chapters 1 – 39 discribing the time of TaNaKh (Old Testament) and 40 – 66 New Covenant (New Testament) time respectively.

In the Bible 26 authors are named to be writers of the Bible (Ivan Panin). All together the writers are 40. Numeric value of the name יהוה YHVH is 26. Numeric value of words יד יהוה hand of YHVH is 40.

The most usual letters in “TaNaKh” and in the whole Bible are the letters that form God’s name יהוה YHVH.

In the Torah:

In the Hebrew Bible the chapters and verses are marked with Hebrew alphabet. E.g. Gen. 1:1 is בראשית א” א. Also in religious texts, numbers, amounts and volumes are written using the Hebrew alphabet. Thus the minimun amount of shabbat wine, 86 ml is announced to be פ”ו where פ = 80 and ו = 6. Numeric value of the word כוס cup, chalice, drinking vessel (20 + 6 + 60) is 86.

It can be said that the Hebrew Bible contains only numbers, because each letter has also it’s numeric value. Gen 1:1 is a serie of numbers: 2 200 1 300 10 400 2 200 1 1 30 5 10 40 1 400 5 300 40 10 40 6 1 400 5 1 200 90. This enables the study of Biblical text using methods that are called gematrias.

In the Bible there are plenty of numbers, headcounts, volumes, distances etc. These are always written as whole words, not using single letters as in religious texts.  E.g. number 77 in Gen. 4:24 is written שבעים ושבעה and number 666 in Rev. 13:18 שש מאות וששים ושש.

All everyday calculations are to be found in Bible:
addition (Gen 5:3-31, Num 1:20-46),
subtraction (Gen 18:28, Lev 27:18),
multiplication (Lev 25:8, Num 3:46-50) and
division (Num 31:26-47).

During two millenia Christendom has richly altered from it’s origin. But when studying the Bible in it’s original biblical language can we be assured  in many dogmatic issues. This is true especially concerning the “Old Testament”, because Jews as watchmen of the Scriptures have retained it unchanged untill now. Apparently the “New Testament” is originally written in Hebrew (at least parts of it) and later translated to Greek but the manuscripts that we have are many and they do slightly differ.

All New Testaments that we have are translated from Greek texts. Some parts omit, some changes are made and even something is added. These same variations are found in the Hebrew New Testaments that are translated from Greek.

But we don’t have to stay unsure concerning these issues. God has given the Jewish nation a language that differs from ordinary languages in a special way. He has embedded several mostly mathematic based systems in Hebrew language: over 70 systems of Gematrias (in Hebrew, pl. Gematriot), Notarikon and Temurah and also Bible codes that can all be used as aids when searching different interpretations of biblical teachings. Bible codes are codes or cipher hidden in the ordinary text. Dr. Ivan Panin has found obvious mathematical rules also in Greek language.

Nevertheless we have to understand that mere pure doctrines don’t save,  but “with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation”… “It will happen that whoever will call on the name of the YHVH shall be saved (Rom. 10:9-13, Joel 2:32, which is  3:5 in the Hebrew Bible: והיה כל אשר יקרא בשם יהוה ימלט v’hayah kol asher yikrah b’shem YHVH yimmalet).

Apostle Shaul or Paul cites Joel and writes: “For, ‘Whoever will call on the name of YHVH will be saved’” (Rom. 10:13). Throughout the whole New Testament it is taught that Yeshua saves. E.g. it is written in Acts that Shimon or Peter said: “There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” (Acts 4:12).

In the context it is to be seen that he means the name Yeshua (verse 10). Even Shaul or Paul emphasises that salvation is in Yeshua when writing to Timothy: “Therefore I endure all things for the chosen ones’ sake, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Messiah Yeshua with eternal glory. (2 Tim. 2:10). There Shaul teaches, that we have to call upon the name of YHVH and here he says that salvation is in Yeshua. Is there a contradiction?

The name Yeshua bares a meaning: aid, salvation. It is seen in the three root letters of this name: ישע (yesh’ah) aid, salvation.

This name has to parts: The first part includes only the letter י yod which refers to God’s name יהוה YHVH. This name of God appears in TaNaKh as such or partially:

In some names there is only the letter י yod. Letters י yod and ה hey form the word יה (Yah) God. It appears in names of many persons in Bible. Letters י yod, ה hey and ו vav form the word יהו Yaho, which appears in names of many persons in Bible, too.

The three letters of the second part: שוע (sho’ah) mean:
a cry for help.

When we utter the name ישוע Yeshua, it means depending on our situation on the moment either a cry for help: YHVH save or a praise for that YHVH saves. So, there is no contradiction found, because every one who calls upon the name of YHVH, calls: Yeshua!

The Scriptures do verify that YHVH has come to flesh in the Lord Yeshua Messiah, “who, existing in the form of God, didn’t consider it robbery to be equal with God, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men…” (Phil. 2:6,7).

“But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Yeshua the Messiah, and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation; namely, that God was in Messiah reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation. We are therefore ambassadors on behalf of Messiah, as though God were entreating by us. We beg you on behalf of Messiah, be reconciled to God. For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in himwe might become the righteousness of God. Working together, we entreat also that you not receive the grace of God in vain, for he says, ‘At an acceptable time I listened to you,  In a day of salvation I helped you.’ Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation. (2 Cor. 5:18-6:2). In the 1^st chapter of the Revelation of John it is said: “Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. ‘I am Alpha and Omega, (Hebrew האלף והתו HaAlef v’HaTav) the beginning and the ending’, saith  יהוה אלהים YHVH God, who is, and who was, and who is to come, (Hebrew NT: אלהי צבאות Elohai Tsebaoth = God of Hosts) Shaddai, the Almighty.” (verses 7 and 8).

John describes Him in verses 12-16: “And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.” And He, Yeshua says: “’ אני הראשון והאחרון I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death’” (verses 17 and 18). YHVH -YESHUA

If the word which is reliable and trusworthy to the doctrines (Tit. 1:9) is rejected the result is that one is carried about with every wind of doctrine (Ef. 4:14) and may even give heed to doctrines of devils (1Tim. 4:1) and all this without even knowing it himself. Paul commanded Timothy: “Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine” (1 Tim. 4:16) and to Titus he wrote: “In doctrine showing uncorruptness” (Tit. 2:7).

Now when living the end times there are delusions everywhere, a variety of heresies, neoreligions bring beliefs from pagan religions that are even wrapped in scientific facts. In some way we must be able to examine what is true and what is error. Most important is to examine issuess spiritually, but we are warned: “Believe not every spirit ” (1John 4:1). The only way to try the spirits is to lay an announcement of a spirit under the Word given in Bible. In searching for the right and original form of the Word this numeric system that is found in the original languages of the Bible is a helpful tool.

Before the end of this age there will be a time of  restoration. Israel, congregation, family and individuals will be in the center then. These issues have same frame, same content and same pattern but on different levels. According to the words of apostle Paul Israel is really the pattern of congregation: “Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.” (1Cor. 10:11). When Israel displaced YHVH to be her king and sank on the level of other nations, God allowed her enimies to distroy her. History points out that the same has occurred to the congregation of God. The king, Lord Yeshua Messiah has been rejected as the leader and His leading has been placed by ordinary people. This same backsliding is to be seen in families as well, even in Christian families wife is a practical leader of the family, contradicting the biblical teaching: “… husband is the head of the wife…” (1Cor. 11:3, Eph. 5:23). Wifes ought to be “a helper suitable for him.” (Gen. 2:18). Concerning individuals it is walking in flesh, not in Spirit and the flesh dominating lives so that human’s earthly needs are seen more important than the spiritual needs. A believer should be led by the Spirit and the eternal non visible issues ought to be more relevant and important to her than the ones to be seen. A conclusion: our bodies should be “a helper suitable for him“ (Rom. 12:1,2).

This mission “a helper suitable for him“ was given to Israel by God. Israel’s mission was to make it known to all gentiles that there is only One who is God. Congregation has this same status, to be “a helper suitable for him“ for Yeshua Messiah and proclame to all nations that there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! (Acts 4:12).

For all of the groups mentioned above – Israel, congregation, families and individuals – has God in His mercy prepared  a possibility to return to the original position. The restoration of these levels will be followed by restoration of numerous other issues.
